Novatae Risk buys ajax insurance in Atlanta

The Dallas -based Novata Risae Riska Management bought a part of World Insurance Associas, Ajax Specialty, a wholesaler in Atlanta.

Andy Perbum is the owner of Ajax. The companies said in a press statement that the company established the company in 2012 and in 2018 brought the participant owner and partner Karen Kutger. The AJAX website notes that it provides access to non -Muslim markets and helps with customer meetings, proposals, coverage comparisons, marketing and service of professional responsibility for customers, management responsibility, technology/cyber responsibility.

Novata said it is wholesale mediation, managed the director of the General Agency and the Director of Programs, and providing brokers with specialized insurance products for complex and difficult risks in property, strike, workers’ compensation, electronic, administration, construction, environment, garage, navy internal navy, emergency and other areas. Novatae has about 6000 customers and 27 offices across the United States.
