Arthur J. Gallagher completes the purchase of Woodruff Sawyer
A little more than one month of insurance mediation, Arthur C. Gallaghar and Partners have a final agreement to buy Woodruff Sawyer for $ 1.2 billion, the deal has been closed.
Gallaghar said on April 10 that the San Francisco -based Woodruff Sawyer, which was announced in early March, was completed.
