Pointenth expands with three Alabama acquisitions
The Pointenort Insurance Group, one of the largest and fastest independent growth agencies in the southeast, got three agencies in Alabama, the latest step in the group expansion plans.
Holloway and Hunt Insurance in Al Arabiya, North Alabama; Securing the Gulf Coast, in Dafni, near the coast; And om Hughes Insurance, in the Birmingham region.
Mickey Hunt, Holway Hunt’s director, said in a press statement that this step will allow the company to expand its wallet.
Dan Quarella is president with vigilant Gulf coast, previously known as Align Insurance. The agency provides personal and commercial coverage and is licensed in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida and Tennessee.
Om Hughes was founded in 1946 by the father Om Hughes. His son, Marvin, in 1971, and his grandson, joined Mark Hughes, joined the company in 2002.
All three agencies will work under their names.
Pointenth, with the headquarters of Atlanta, has obtained more than 50 agencies in recent years. The company said that the company plans to continue its integration movements and hopes to expand the practice of transportation.
